Feelin' good.
So writing my last post about not going out for some exercise made me feel really depressed.
So I decided to grab the dog that I’m looking after and went for a walk.
I only did like 10 minutes before my back got sore.
Every step I took jarred my spine.
But tomorrow I’ll do better.
I’m just glad I did something.

TODAY WAS AMAZING.
Today was awesome.
So I went out with my friend, Michael, and my sister Bree this morning. We went bowling and I kicked ass! Then we went to BK and I had a burger. Of course it’s not the best thing I could’ve had but I wanted it and I”m not going to deprive myself of things I want because I know I’ll just give up on the dieting.

So today when I woke up and it was bucketing down!
But I got up any way and I went for my morning walk.
Today I took my phone and listened to some music and I found that the walk didn’t feel half as long as it did yesterday.
I enjoyed it.
And I felt good that I went even though it was raining.
I just ate some cheese. It was yummy. I didn’t have heaps. So I feel good.
