Yeah I did!
So I don’t know if you remember me telling you guys that the doctor told me that I wasn’t getting my period because I was too overweight but she did.
And I was all “Okay. This isn’t good.”
Well guess what!
I got my period yesterday.
I know it’s not something that fantastic but it means that I’m moving in the right dirrection and I am getting...

Yussssssssss.
So I just weighed myself.
No, its not weigh day, but I just wanted to check in.
And so far this week I have lost, wait for it… 2.1 kilos (4.6 lbs).
So I’m feeling pretty good.
Considering I ate two chocolate bars yesterday.
But then I played two games of laser strike and two games of bowling.
I haven’t noticed any changes yet though :(

Exercise.
I’m always finding reasons to not go out and exercise.
I think what I need is to find something that’s going to be fun and I’m not going to get bored with.
Any suggestions?

11 pounds.
I’ve just worked out that I’ve lost 11 pounds.
That’s a good way of putting it. It’s a very small 5.1 kilo. But 11 pounds sounds better. XD
That’s the first good thing that’s happened to me today. So I’m going to cherish it!

I ate pizza last night.
But I hadn’t eaten since the night before.
So I think they cancel each other out. Sorta.
I know that’s not the right way to go about it.
But I wont be doing that again.

Snack - Juice
I made some juice. And my god it’s wonderful. So here’s what’s in it.
2 apples 2 pears 2 oranges 2 bunches of about 10 grapes
All whizzed up in my juicer.

Winning - First weigh day.
So today is the first weigh day since I’ve been back from Samoa. And the news is good.
I’ve lost 1.8 kilo. Which is 3.9 lbs.
I’m pretty stoked since I haven’t really tried THAT hard.
We went to a buffet last night and yeah, I had dessert. I’m not going to not have things I like other wise I WILL lose interest in dieting altogether.
So hopefully I can maintain...

I just read somewhere
That my “ideal weight” is 97 kg. That’s still 213 pounds.
While I am a far cry from that I think this is an ideal weight for me since I have a very broad frame.
New goal me thinks.

I can’t wait to get up to our beach house.
We’re going tomorrow night.
I’m gonna go for a long walk on the beach. And hopefully we get to go fishing. Maybe I’ll even take the kayak out.
Or maybe I’ll stay inside and drink the alcohol I bought for up there. :/

Today - so-so.
So today I haven’t done any exercise but I haven’t eaten a lot like I usually do. Maybe the duromine is working like it should?
Having said that I’m about half way through the day.
